In the past 20-30 years a small wine revolution has taken place in Portugal. Based on the unique grapes they make exciting and interesting wines well worth getting to know.
This example is made from the Arinto grape, one of Portugal’s good white wine grapes. It has a fresh and youthful aroma of flowers, peaches, melon and citrus. Fresh taste with good fruit concentration, long lasting. Try the Portuguese with salads and light fish or shellfish dishes. Also great with sushi.
