BONFARO
THE BEAUTIFUL LIGHTHOUSE
DFJ VINHOS pays homage to the lighthouses that have guided sailors along our Atlantic coast for centuries, many in the Lisbon region, where we highlight the Cabo Carvoeiro lighthouse, which marks the westernmost point of Europe.
Today there is a growing demand for lighter wines with less alcohol, without compromising on quality, the pleasure they transmit and the ability to share pleasure with family and friends.
BONFARO Wines are 11% wines that are so full bodied and complex that the lower abv is impossible to detect.
Vineyards are located 30 miles north of Lisbon and 20 miles from the coast.
The area has lots of sunshine but a strong Atlantic influence so the wines are always ripe but fresh and well balanced.
